Wu Wenguang / Caochangdi Workstation (China) VILLAGERS DOCUMENTARY PROJECT Documentary Film Filmmaker Wu Wenguang invited 10 villagers from al over China to make a short film to document their own life. The result offers a fascinating insight in the changing social dynamics of the Chinese countryside, through the eyes of the locals. In the second part of the program, Jian Yi changes the perspective. In the “Seen and Heard” documentary, he tells the story of how these ten Chinese villagers became film makers for a day.
